Terms of service
Last updated: 11 July 2026
1. The service
RubricRise provides independent tools for IELTS practice, including speaking transcription, writing analysis, estimated practice bands and study plans. Features may evolve as scoring is calibrated.
2. Not an official IELTS service
RubricRise is not affiliated with, approved by, or endorsed by IELTS, IDP, the British Council, or Cambridge University Press & Assessment. Results are practice estimates only. They are not official scores, admission advice, immigration advice or guarantees.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and use the service for lawful personal preparation. You may not automate abusive requests, resell access, upload content you do not have the right to use, attempt to extract private prompts, or interfere with service security.
4. Plans and fair use
Paid plans are one-time access periods unless checkout explicitly says otherwise. “Unlimited” practice, where offered, is subject to reasonable daily limits that protect service quality and prevent automated abuse. Material limits are shown before purchase.
5. AI limitations
Language models can make mistakes. Short, off-topic, noisy or memorised responses may produce low-confidence results. You are responsible for deciding how to use the feedback. Disputed high-stakes assessments should be checked by a qualified teacher.
6. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refund eligibility is governed by the published refund policy. Chargebacks submitted without first contacting support may delay investigation.
7. Intellectual property
You retain rights in your original responses. RubricRise retains rights in its software, interface, scoring prompts, question curation, reports and brand. You grant the limited processing rights required to provide the requested service.
8. Availability and liability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected plan. Nothing limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Contact and governing law
Use the support form for notices or disputes. The service is operated from India and disputes are subject to applicable Indian law and the jurisdiction stated by the operator.
The operator name, postal address and grievance contact must be published here before public payments are enabled.
