No subscriptions to cancel

RubricRise sells prepaid page packs, not subscriptions. Nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.

Refunds on unused pages

If you bought a pack and have not used any of its pages, email support@rubricrise.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. If some pages were used, we refund the unused portion at the pack’s per-page rate, within the same 7-day window.

Refunds for failed conversions

If an export is unusable because our parser or AI extraction produced wrong rows that you could not correct, tell us within 14 days with the bank name and page count. We will re-credit the pages used and, where the problem is on our side, refund them on request.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days of approval. UPI refunds usually arrive faster.

Duplicate or failed payments

If money was deducted but pages were not credited, the payment is reconciled automatically through Razorpay webhooks. If it is not resolved within 24 hours, email us with the payment ID.
