Refund policy

1. When a refund is available
Request a review within seven calendar days of purchase when a verified technical fault prevents material use of the paid plan and support cannot provide a reasonable fix, extension or replacement.
2. Duplicate or incorrect payments
Verified duplicate charges and successful payments that did not activate access are corrected or refunded after matching the Razorpay payment reference.
3. When a refund is normally unavailable
- Disagreement with an honestly disclosed AI practice estimate.
- Change of exam plans or failure to use the plan.
- Substantial use of evaluation allowances before the request.
- Account suspension for abuse or prohibited activity.
4. How to request
Use the support form, choose “Billing or refund,” and include the payment ID, date and reason. Never send card or UPI credentials.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment-network timelines are outside RubricRise’s control and may take several business days.
