- Which bank statements work?
- Any PDF with a transaction table: HDFC, SBI, ICICI, Axis, Kotak, PNB, Bank of Baroda, Canara, Union Bank, IDFC FIRST, IndusInd, Yes Bank, Federal, co-operative banks and most international banks. Scanned statements are read with AI extraction.
- Is my statement uploaded anywhere?
- No. The PDF is opened and read inside your browser tab. Only when you choose AI extraction for scanned pages is the page image sent to our server, processed in memory, and discarded. We store billing records and page counts, never your transactions.
- What does the reconciliation check do?
- For every row we verify that previous balance − debit + credit equals the printed running balance. Rows that fail are highlighted so you can fix them before exporting. It also detects newest-first statements and re-orders them.
- Can I import the Excel into Tally or Zoho Books?
- Yes. The Excel has real dates, numeric amounts, no merged cells and no blank rows, which is what TallyPrime's and Zoho's bank-statement import expect. You can also download Tally XML vouchers directly.
- What do pages cost?
- The first 5 pages every day are free with no sign-up. Converting a single statement of up to 25 pages costs ₹99, or buy a page pack from ₹199 for 50 pages. Packs are valid for 12 months and work for any bank; firms with many client statements can take the ₹999 Firm pass (2,000 pages for 30 days).
- Do you offer refunds?
- Unused pages can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. If an export is unusable because of a parsing failure on our side, we refund the pages used for it.
