Billing questions

What counts as a page?: Each PDF page that contains transactions and is included in an export or AI extraction. Cover pages with no transactions still count if they are part of the file, so trim your PDF to the statement pages if you can. For Excel or CSV statements, every 40 rows count as one page.
Do pages expire?: Packs are valid for 12 months from purchase; the ₹99 single-statement option and the Firm pass are valid for 30 days. The free daily allowance resets at midnight IST.
Can I get a GST invoice?: Yes. Reply to your receipt email with your GSTIN and we will issue a tax invoice within 2 working days.
What is your refund policy?: Unused pages are refundable within 7 days of purchase. If a conversion fails because of a parsing error on our side, the pages used are refunded. See the cancellation and refunds policy.
Do you offer firm or bulk plans?: Yes. The Firm pass gives 2,000 pages for 30 days at ₹999, about ₹0.50 a page, for firms converting client statements every month. Buy it again when you need another month; nothing renews automatically. For more than 5,000 pages a month or multiple users, email support.
