Delivery policy

RubricRise is a digital service. Nothing is shipped physically.

Page packs are credited to your account instantly after Razorpay confirms the payment, and a receipt with a sign-in link is emailed to the address used at checkout. Exports are generated in your browser and download immediately.

If pages are not visible within a few minutes of a successful payment, sign in with the same email address or contact support with your payment ID.
